Southbound falls under the Canberra Southern Cross Club Tuggeranong’s comprehensive refresh. We firmly believe that our members deserve nothing but the very best. That’s why we’ve been hard at work planning and preparing for some much-needed improvements to enhance your experience with us.

At Southbound, we will proudly feature a Parrilla Grill (pronounced pah-rree-shah), this traditional Argentinian cooking style involves grilling meat over hot coals, infusing it with a unique smoky flavour and a perfectly charred exterior. Our Parrilla chef, Juan, will use dry-aged, high-quality cuts and traditional seasonings to bring this time-honoured technique to life.
